Why Volunteer at Deutschen Pfest?

Deutschen Pfest is Pflugerville’s annual celebration of our Texas and German heritage, culture, and community, and we couldn’t make it happen without the incredible support of our volunteers! Volunteering at the Pfest is a great way to give back, get involved, and have fun while contributing to a memorable event. Whether you’re helping with setup, assisting at the booths, or making sure attendees are having a great time, there’s a volunteer opportunity for everyone.

Volunteer Opportunities

We have a variety of volunteer shifts and roles to fit your schedule and interests. From greeting attendees at the entrance to assisting with games and activities, there’s something for everyone! Some of the roles include:

• Gate Attendant:  Welcome attendees at the entrance; help them purchase tickets, scan tickets, and hand out wristbands.
• Shuttle Attendant:  Help with shuttle traffic and offer encourage pre-purchase of tickets at the shuttle stops.
• 5K Pfun Run Cheer & Hydration Station:  Volunteers at 5K Pfun Run Cheer & Hydration Stations will provide encouragement and water to Pfun Run participants.
